Please don't hesitate to. I know at one point there was a Marvel based version of HeroQuest, but I don't think it's still in print. Have heard mixed things about the Batman Gotham City Strategy game. Having said all that, I would seriously consider giving Marvel Legendary or the DC Comics Deck Building games a look. They are both excellent games.

The DC game is a quick playing, beer and pretzels type of card game, setup is super fast and you can normally knock a game out in about an 30-60 minutes. Legendary is a beefier game with much more depth to it. The setup for the game takes considerably longer, but it definitely gives more of comic book feel.
